I mention “sibling” in the title because in a sense it is. You see, dogs have a very keen sense, they know what their owners feelings are, they know when something of importance is happening and they know when they are about to be “the older sibling”… if only they could speak, well talk :) So I arrive at Miss K. and Mr. M’s house and Bella the dog greets me, well she doesn’t leave it at just greeting, she decides that she, (the older sibling), needs to be in the family maternity photos as well. So without any direction from Mom or Dad, Bella places herself strategically throughout the session and so I just had to dedicate the first part of this post to Bella.

This next one is the fav of the lovely Mom-to-be….

Thank you so much Miss K. and Mr M. for being such a pleasant couple to spend a couple of fun hours with!

Have I mentioned lately how wonderful it is to meet so many children and get to know their little personalities in the matter of an hour or two? Sometimes by the end of a session the children either want to continue “to play” with the photographer lady or they just like to hold hands with me as we walk around and find more places “to play”! I cannot tell you what that means to me to bond with a child that I meet for the first time and have them hold my hand after only knowing them for an hour! These two girls were so much fun, the youngest having such a spunky little personality, I bet she has her friends in school laughing all the time! And the oldest, well she is just so sweet and she is the one that held my hand this time, it melts my heart and makes me feel so lucky to do this.

We had a little fun jumping!

okay - so here is what I was talking about with the youngest sister having a spunky personality, she insisted that we take the shot on the right - I personally think it is fun!

and here they are just being cute…

Thank you little Miss P and A and to their Mom for a fun stroll and some great shots, your Holiday cards will look awesome!

High School Seniors are absolutely a joy to photograph. By the time they have contacted me for a session, they have probably studied, observed and practiced every magazine model pose that there is out there! They are so patient and so willing to go on and on and on and on until *I* actually call it a wrap :) Here is a wonderful High School Senior Photography subject.
